Who you’re dealing with

This site is run by OPO SEO LLC, trading as Pikes Peak Foundation Repair. We are an advertising and referral service, not a foundation repair contractor. We don’t carry out repairs, and we don’t employ the contractors we introduce you to.

What we collect

Only what you give us, plus the ordinary technical information any web server records.

• What you type into a form. Your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the description of what you’re seeing, if you write one.
• Calls and texts. Your number, the time of the call, and what was discussed. As the footer of every page says, calls are recorded and may be answered by an automated assistant.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you looked at. This is written to a server log, which is how every website works.

Why we collect it

To answer you, and to connect you with a contractor if a repair makes sense. That’s the whole of it. If you ask us a question and the answer is “this sounds like normal settling, you don’t need a repair,” that’s the end of it. We won’t pass your details to anyone.

Who sees your details

• The contractor we introduce you to, and only when a repair looks likely and you’ve asked us to arrange a visit. They need your name, number and address to come and look at your house.
• The services that run this site: the host that serves these pages, the system that carries form submissions, and the phone service that handles calls and texts. They handle your details to do that job and for nothing else.
• Anyone the law requires, if we’re ever obliged to hand something over.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your details. We don’t rent them, trade them, or hand them to a list broker, and we don’t pass them to contractors who haven’t been vetted. We don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session tracker and no third-party script of any kind on these pages. Nothing follows you around the web after you leave.

The only thing that ever leaves this site is a form you choose to submit, and it goes to us.

How long we keep it

Lead details are kept for 24 months so we can follow up and so we have a record of what was agreed. Call recordings are kept for 12 months. Server logs roll over on their own.

Ask us to delete your details earlier and we will, unless we’re required to keep something.

Your choices

You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time: reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or call or text (719) 645-7643. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Colorado privacy rights

The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado residents the right to see the personal data a business holds about them, to have it corrected or deleted, to take a copy of it, and to opt out of having it sold or used for targeted advertising. We don’t sell data or run targeted advertising, but the access, correction and deletion rights apply here and we’ll honour them.

Children

This site is for homeowners. It isn’t aimed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect details from children. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we’ll change this page and move the date at the top. There’s no archive of old versions, so the date is how you know whether anything moved.
